Here at Hamilton Road, we are committed to providing the highest quality dental care. The old saying “prevention is better than cure” is particularly relevant when dealing with teeth. Providing the highest quality dental care essentially involves preventing oral disease or, at the very least, catching problems at an early stage. Regular checkups and oral hygiene visits really do reduce the need for more extensive treatment, and help ensure long-term dental health.

Our Practice Membership plan offers a simple, flexible way to pay for your dental care. For an affordable monthly payment we will provide a comprehensive maintenance and prevention programme.

Why should I become a Member?

Membership ensures priority access to quality dental care. It offers a simple convenient way to pay and allows budgeting for your preventative dentistry over the year. We hope the plan will encourage regular visits, in turn leading to:

Early diagnoses of problems
Less complex (so less expensive) treatment
Maintenance of gum health

Do I need to be dentally fit to join?

No. You are not assessed prior to acceptance and are not expected to undergo any treatment in order to be accepted. After joining you will be entitled to a 20% discount on any treatment you may need.

What‘s included in the Plan?

Priority appointments
2 detailed dental health checks per year. These include an oral cancer screen
2 hygiene visits to prevent gum disease and keep your mouth feeling fresh
All necessary X-Rays
20% discount on any additional work you may need, including cosmetic treatment. Please see the fees section which highlights how advantageous this can be
Up to £10,000 supplementary world-wide dental accident insurance
Peace of mind. By joining our membership plan you can rest assured knowing you will receive the best possible dental care provided by professionals who care about your long-term dental health

What is Supplementary Insurance?

Our membership plan is not an insurance scheme, but we have included insurance to pay for costs, of up to £10,000, arising from:

Accidental damage to your teeth as a result of a fall or blow
Emergency treatment when away from home
Emergency out of hours treatment, including any call-out fees

The cost of this insurance is included in your monthly payment and the cover is worldwide.

Complete a simple registration form and a Direct Debit mandate, return them to us and your membership will be effective immediately

A full breakdown of costs will be provided with a treatment plan after your consultation. Payment is required for treatment carried out that day. For treatment taking two visits such as crowns, we will ask for 50% payment at each appointment.
